Sequential Resource Orchestration
The heart of M.A.R.S. is a custom execution architecture that dynamically loads and unloads heavy AI components in strict sequence.
This allows the system to run complex reasoning and long-term memory even on limited hardware like Raspberry Pi 4 with only 4GB RAM.
A functional prototype is already running today
The system performs the full offline pipeline — speech-to-text, semantic memory retrieval, context-aware reasoning, and speech synthesis — entirely locally.
